Strengthening and training leaders or entrepreneurs is another challenge that I very often face in the market. For leadership, it is more important who we are than the position we are in. The basis for creating a team leader is personal leadership, i.e. top self-leadership, while setting a personal example to others. I believe that today leadership is most similar to parenting, because we train our team, guide it, motivate it, and discipline it if necessary. We love our children every day, but we don’t like them every day, do we?
